Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics

Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (Code) establishes the high standards of conduct expected of all our employees, officers and directors, partners, vendors and contractors.

Coeur's Board Audit Committee is responsible for over seeing and recommending Board approval of the standards of business conduct contained in the Code.

Our Code intends to serve as a roadmap to help guide employee actions and serve as a tool to ensure all Coeur's policies and standards are followed.

Coeur has established an independently operated, 24-hour, seven-days-a-week hotline for any employee or stakeholder to report behavior or an incident that violates for appears to violate the Code, Coeur policies or any applicable law or regulation.

Supplier Code of Business Conduct and Ethics

Suppliers and third-party contractors are expected, in all of their activities while working for or on behalf of Coeur, to maintain high ethical standards and act with integrity to operate in full compliance with the Supplier Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, our environmental, health, safety and corporate responsibility requirements, our human rights policy as well with applicable laws and regulations of the locations in which they operate.
