Coeur’s Student Program

Coeur offers hands-on learning opportunities for motivated students enrolled in college who are interested in exploring a meaningful career in mining. Students can join us through a summer internship or a longer-term co-op placement at one of our mine sites or our corporate offices. These experiences offer the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge in a real-world setting, develop valuable skills, and work alongside experienced professionals and industry leaders.

As a Coeur intern or co-op student, you will:

  • Receive mentorship and support throughout your placement.
  • Take ownership of a project designed to make a meaningful contribution to our operations and business.
  • Gain practical experience while learning about responsible mining and the many career paths available at Coeur.
  • Build relationships with fellow students, colleagues, and leaders across the organization.

Coeur's Skilled Trades Program

We offer a skilled trades internship program for individuals interested in a career in the many operational positions available at our mine sites. These are the operators, technicians, maintenance experts, electricians, and more who keep our mines operating smoothly and safely.

This program is available to individuals currently enrolled in a trade or vocational school who are looking to gain real-life, on-the-job training.

Coeur's Development Program

Coeur's Development Program, or CDP, is a structured two-year program designed to provide recent graduates with a place to develop and apply their education in practice in a career that matters. Based out ofour corporate offices, CDP provides graduates with insight and real-world experience into our growing business, responsible mining operations, and a culture that allows every person to explore, grow, and enhance their career.

As part of the CDP, you will:

  • Participate in assignments and cross-functional projects that drive the company's business improvement processes and support responsible mining.
  • Learn and interact with other key business functions.
