The Palmarejo gold-silver complex located in the state of Chihuahua, Mexico, consisting of (i) the Palmarejo processing facility, (ii) the Guadalupe deposit, located roughly eight kilometers southeast of the Palmarejo deposit; (iii) the Independencia deposit, located approximately 800 meters northeast of the Guadalupe deposit; (iv) the La Nación deposit, located adjacent to the Independencia deposit, and (v) other nearby deposits and exploration targets. Access to the property is provided by air, rail, and all-weather paved and gravel roads from the state capital of Chihuahua.
