Senior Internal Auditor

Coeur d’ Alene Mines Corporation is seeking a Senior Auditor to join our corporate office staff in downtown Coeur d’Alene.   The primary responsibilities of this position will include performing risk based audits in accordance with COSO and AS5, special reviews as requested by management or the Board of Directors’ Audit Committee; analyze transactions, account balances and processes to determine reliability of financial and operating data as well as other internal auditing functions.  Domestic and international travel is required.

Qualified candidates with have a degree in accounting, finance or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is required; and a minimum of five years auditing experience.  Mining or natural resource related experience is preferred.  English-Spanish bi-lingual skills are a plus.
