On December 21, 2007, the company acquired all of the outstanding stock of Bolnisi Gold NL an Australian company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, and Palmarejo Silver and Gold Corporation, a Canadian company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
The principal silver and gold properties now held cy Coeur are collectively referred to as the “Palmarejo project”. In addition we also now control, through the acquisition, two other properties; El Realito in Chihuahua and Yecora in Sonora. In 2008 we will invest $8.5 million in exploration on all three, large property positions with nearly $8 million devoted to the Palmarejo District to discover new silver and gold mineralization and define mineral reserves.
